This Privacy Policy explains how Felcin LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), operator of the Nudge application and website at nudgehg.com (the "Service"), collects, uses, discloses, and protects your information. Nudge helps businesses track leads and generate follow-up outreach with AI. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you provide

Account & business: name, email, authentication identifiers (including Google Sign-In); business name, industry, and phone.
Lead information: the names, phone numbers, email addresses, job types, estimate amounts, and notes of your leads and prospects that you enter into the Service.
Follow-up content: AI-generated and edited messages, schedules, and outreach history.
Communications: support requests and correspondence.

b. Automatically collected

Device & usage data: device type, OS, app version, IP address, and log/usage data.

2. How We Use Your Information

Provide, operate, secure, and improve the Service;
Store and organize your leads and pipeline;
Generate AI-assisted follow-up messages and scripts at your direction;
Authenticate users and manage your account;
Provide support and service communications;
Prevent fraud and abuse and comply with law.

3. Artificial Intelligence Processing

Nudge uses third-party AI services (including Anthropic's Claude models) to generate follow-up messages and scripts. The lead and business details you choose to include are transmitted to these providers solely to produce content for you. AI-generated messages are drafts for your review; you are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether and how to send them.

4. Your Responsibilities for Outreach & Lead Consent

You are solely responsible for obtaining any consent required to store and contact your leads and for complying with all laws governing marketing and communications, including the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state consumer-protection and Do-Not-Call rules, and similar laws. You represent that you have a lawful basis to store lead information in the Service and to send any outreach you initiate.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

Service providers: cloud infrastructure and authentication (Google Firebase), AI processing (Anthropic), and hosting providers under contract.
Legal & safety: to comply with law, enforce our Terms, or protect rights and safety.
Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy.

6. Data Retention

We retain information while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion anytime.

7. Data Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls. No system is completely secure.

8. Your Rights & Choices

Access, correct, or delete your personal information;
Close your account at any time;
Exercise US state (e.g., CCPA) or EU/UK GDPR rights where applicable.

Contact support@nudgehg.com to exercise any right, or if you are a lead who wishes to have your information removed from a customer's account.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is for business users 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

10. International Users

We operate in the United States; by using the Service from outside the U.S., you consent to processing your information in the U.S.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy and will post the revised version with a new "Last updated" date.
